Minimum Stay Period of 2 nights applies, and additional stay periods may apply for Peak periods such as Public Holiday Long Weekends, Easter, School holidays and Christmas / New Year.
A Security Bond applies to all accommodation booked and deposits and prepayments are required; all bookings are subject to the Terms and Conditions as outlined on this website and which may be amended by management.
Rate $110.00 per night based on 1-2 person occupancy.
Additional guest $27 per person per night.
*Optional Extra – If you prefer not to end your holiday by cleaning the unit, you have the option at the time of booking your accommodation to have Lucinda Holiday Rentals pre-book a cleaner ($75) to ensure the unit is left in the same condition of cleanliness as it was when you arrived.
