Accommodation Deposits
A 50% deposit of accommodation costs and bond of $100 is required within 4 days of Lucinda Holiday Rentals confirming the booking has been accepted. Failure to make the deposit payment may result in your booking being cancelled. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions as advised on the Lucinda Holiday Rentals website.
Your bond will be refunded to you within 3 business days after check out subject to the following conditions being met. That the unit (internal & external) is left undamaged, no items broken, mistakenly taken, or unit left unreasonably clean. Any extra guests beyond those declared.
Bank Deposit, Money Order, Cheque and Cash accepted. (Cheques and money Orders accepted only if received prior to 14 days of arrival date.

Terms and Conditions
Confirmed booking date means when Lucinda Holiday Rentals confirm your holiday arrival and departure dates and unit availability via return email or fax.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
The bond is designed to cover additional costs incurred including but not limited to, those already outlined. Should additional cleaning and or repair and or replacement costs be required beyond the bond charged, you agree that the cost will be paid by you.
Balance of the rental amount must be received in full as cleared funds 14 days prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re-let.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
Your unit choice is subject to availability. Unit changes can be made at the management’s discretion.
Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation and we request that smokers use the facilities provided on the veranda overlooking the gardens. - failure to adhere to this term & condition will result in an additional deodorising cost of the unit to be paid by you.
Loss - no responsibility is taken for the tenant’s personal property or that of their guests.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants’ responsibility during their stay.
The number of people occupying the premises is not to exceed the number of beds provided for.
Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.
Premises are available from 1.00pm on the day of your arrival
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is (10.00a.m) by the latest, to allow time to prepare the property for the next guests.
In the event that any appliance breaks down, every reasonable endeavour will be made to repair, replace or hire an alternative. The owner accepts no responsibility for any inconvenience. Lucinda and Ingham have limited access to tradespersons and your patience is sought should this occur.
The premises are let to you for holiday purposes only for the period stated on the receipt. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
Refunds
Bookings can be deferred without penalty if notified in excess of 2 months of date booked for arrival and are subject to available booking dates. OR you may choose to have 100% deposits paid and bond paid fully refunded.
Bookings cancelled between 15 days and 2 months prior to booked arrival date will receive a full refund of the bond held and there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the total accommodation costs, of the original booking Unless the accommodation is re-let for the entire period. If a refund is made due to the property being re-let then a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
Bookings cancelled 14 days or less prior to booked arrival date will receive a full refund of the bond held but will not be refunded for accommodation costs.
Any Refunds given will be made by direct bank deposit only.
Guests who check-in later than booked, or decide to leave earlier than booked, will not receive a refund for days not stayed.
Guests who fail to check-in will be excluded from any refund.
